● Cyclorama & Add-Ons: Cyclorama access is not included in standard packages and must be booked separately. Add-ons and equipment upgrades are available at an additional cost.

● Talent & Props: Models, presenters, makeup artists, stylists, props(which are not available in the studio), and other talent are charged separately unless specifically mentioned in your selected package.

● Logistics & Permits: Travel, accommodation, location permits, and logistics (where applicable) are charged separately.

● Paper Backdrops: Pre-installed paper backdrops (black, white, yellow, & beige) are free. Installing or changing to a different color paper backdrop, which is not included above, will be charged separately. Charges start at ₹6,500/- per backdrop and require at least 5 days' prior notice.

● Cancellation Policy: Advance will not be refunded in the case of a no-show or cancellation.

● Rescheduling Window: Rescheduling is permitted only for valid reasons, subject to studio availability, and must be requested within one week of the preliminary shooting date.

● Session Timing: Rental time starts and ends at the booked slot, regardless of late arrivals.

● Overtime & Early Arrivals: Early arrivals or overtime beyond your booked slot will be accepted only if available and will be billed to your account in addition at the applicable hourly rate.

● Scope of Rental Hours: Includes walk-in, setup, shooting, and cleanup. The space must be vacated by the scheduled end time unless extended at an extra cost.

● Early Completion: No partial refunds or discounts apply if a shoot finishes earlier than scheduled time.

● Delivery Timelines: Delivery timelines vary depending on project scope and will be communicated once the shoot is complete.

● Lighting & Equipment: Clients renting the studio are responsible for their own lighting setup (or may hire a helper for a small fee). Equipment must not be moved, altered, or changed without the supervision of the administrator.

● Guest & Crew Limits: A maximum of 10 people are allowed at one time inside the shooting area. An extra charge of ₹500/- per person applies above this limit.

● Cleaning Fee Policy: Excessive mess or failure to leave the studio in a reasonable condition will incur an additional cleaning charge.

● Footwear Policy: Outside shoes are not permitted inside. Please bring a clean, separate pair of shoes to wear indoors to help protect our floors, carpets, and backdrops.

● Messy Shoots: A prior studio approval is required for projects using materials such as smoke, confetti, glitter, feathers, food, body paint, or hair trim.

● Wall & Surface Protection: It is strictly forbidden to stick anything on walls, windows, or mirrors using tape or adhesives.

● Substance Restrictions: Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

● Noise Level: Music must be kept at reasonable levels.

● Damage Policy: Clients are responsible for any damage to studio property, equipment, or props caused by their team or guests. Costs for repair or replacement will be billed separately.

● Security Deposit: If immediate payment for damages cannot be completed, the studio reserves the right to retain client equipment as collateral until the outstanding balance is cleared.

● Studio Recce / Previews: Want to view the space? We welcome studio tours! Please book an appointment in advance so we can ensure the space is free during your visit.

● Rights Reserved: To protect our space and guests, the studio administrator may end a shoot at any time if safety or regulations are breached or conduct becomes unacceptable. Termination is effective immediately with no entitlement to a refund or rescheduling.
